1. Who can use Love
You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms. You agree to give true information about yourself and to keep your account to yourself.
2. What Love does
Love helps adults meet people through Your Confidant, an AI matchmaker that learns what you are looking for, suggests matches and helps plan dates. Your Confidant is an AI; it can make mistakes, and it is not a substitute for your own judgement. Always take care when meeting someone new.
3. How you agree to behave
- Be respectful. No harassment, hate, threats, or sexual content involving anyone under 18.
- No scams, spam, impersonation, or asking other members for money.
- No misuse of the service, including trying to break its security or to collect other members' information.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
4. RCS and text messaging
- Program: love.com Your Confidant, conversational messages about your matches and dates, and account notices.
- Opting in: you agree to receive messages when you text us first, start a chat, or opt in when you sign up. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Frequency: varies with how much you chat.
- Costs: message and data rates may apply.
- Stop: reply STOP at any time to stop messages. We send one confirmation, then no more messages unless you opt in again.
- Help: reply HELP, or email support@love.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- How we handle your number and messages is in our Privacy Policy.
5. Your content
You own what you share. You give Love permission to use it to run the service for you, for example to find matches and to show your profile to a match you agree to meet.
6. Payments
If we offer paid features, the price and terms will be shown before you pay.
7. No guarantees
We work hard to make good introductions, but we cannot promise a match or a relationship, and we are not responsible for how other members behave. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
8. Closing your account
You can close your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms or the law.
9. Changes
We will tell you before important changes to these terms take effect.
